A refreshing German style pilsner with hints of toasted bread from all pilsner malts, balanced with the earthy and floral character of German noble hops.
Wit ‘n Wager – 5.2%, 16 IBU
This light wheat ale was brewed with lemon peel, coriander, and lemongrass, all enhancing the refreshing citrus character of a classic Belgian yeast.
The Bishop Brown – 5.0%, 22 IBU
Chocolate and victory malts give this brown ale hints of dark chocolate, hazelnuts and toasted bread. Subtle hopping lends balance to the dark malts.
